How are VALO studio events and broadcasts conducted?

The technology and transmission will be handled by VALO’s own technician, who will be present throughout the event. From VALO’s comprehensive meeting rooms, you can choose the space that best suits your needs, in which the studio will be set up. The number of people appearing at the same time can be 1 to 4 people. The broadcast can include logos, images, videos, start, end and intermediate slides, and powerpoint presentations. The content to be presented will be reviewed together in advance.

Transmission can be done on almost any platform. The most common free platforms used by our customers are Teams, Zoom, Youtube Live, Vimeo Live and Google meet. If necessary, the implementation can also take place on a separately customized event platform, such as the virtual / hybrid platform Hopin. We will be happy to help you choose the best platform.

What does VALO Studio technology allow?

• Record your event and easily edit the recording
• Presentation of presentations in powerpoint format
• Monitor the speaker to see, for example, your own presentation (no prompt)
• Show videos, images, and logos in a broadcast
• Show the corporate look on the screen behind the speakers
• Button microphones for 4 people at a time. When the number of simultaneous speakers is exceeded, we can use either a wired rotating stick microphone or a shotgun microphone that takes sound from a wide area.
• Interaction, for example, in a Teams broadcast, allowing remote participants to chat with people in the studio.
• Live speakers for live broadcasts, such as Teams or Zoom
• Screen sharing from the client machine, such as a system demo
• Play audio in studio mode if you’re in the audience
• Show Kahoot, Mentimeter, etc. in a broadcast
• Chat on Vimeo Live and all meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Meet)
