Parking at VALO Hotel & Work in Helsinki

When visiting VALO, you can park in the hotel’s own paid parking garage. The parking garage in Ruskeasuo is open to everyone 24/7 and conveniently located near Mannerheimintie, between Etelä-Haaga and Pikku Huopalahti.

ARRIVAL TO VALO

The entrance ramp to the parking garage is located at Nauvontie 10. The garage has 155 parking spaces for customers as well as separate bicycle parking. The maximum vehicle height on the upper level is 2.8 metres, but there are also areas with lower clearance. There is direct indoor access from the parking garage to VALO Hotel & Work.

From 1 October 2026, the parking garage is operated by Aimo Park. The garage uses license plate recognition, which identifies vehicles when entering and exiting.

• Day: €17 (8:00–17:00)
• 24 hours: €28

All prices include VAT.

How to pay

• Aimo app: When license plate recognition is enabled in the Aimo app, your parking session starts and ends automatically when you enter and exit the garage. The parking fee is charged to the payment method added to the app.
• EasyPark and ParkMan: You can also pay for parking with EasyPark or ParkMan apps. Start your parking session in the app by selecting the correct parking area. The parking session ends automatically when you exit the garage. When paying via these mobile apps, the app’s own service fee is added to the parking price.
• Payment machine: You can also pay at the payment machine located in the entrance lobby, right
  next to the entrance
• Meeting guests: You will receive parking instructions from the meeting organizer. If you have
  not received instructions, please contact the meeting organizer.

Charging electric cars

Our garage has 20 EV charging spots: 10 on K1, 10 on K2. To charge, download the eParking app and register as a user. Charging costs €0.28/kWh.
