What is Tasemylly?
“Tasemylly is a family-run accounting firm, and we have more than 30 years of accounting experience,” describes Katja Huttunen, who nowadays works as the CEO of Tasemylly.
High-quality and flexible customer service are the main aspects of Tasemylli’s operations, which enable the ordered service to be formed in a way that suits the company’s needs.
“Our accounting office’s goal and main idea have always been to offer uncomplicated and human-friendly service. On a practical level, each customer relationship can take shape as it takes shape on its own. Some of our customers visit our office regularly to chat over a cup of coffee, while contact with others is handled by phone and e-mail. Customers are different, and so can customer relationships.”
Customer orientation is also well taken into account in the services offered by Tasemylly, which can be seen, for example, in the truly versatile and flexible product packages.
“Customer-oriented thinking has also been the basis of our service design, and we have strived to ensure that the customer gets a product package that best suits his company’s needs.”
From Klaukkala to Helsinki
Tasemylly ended up starting their office at VALO Work fairly traditionally: their main office in Klaukkala began to feel too small. When considering external workspace solutions, the business first wanted to expand to a larger city and find an office location with good transport connections.
“We ended up in VALO because we needed additional space. Our office in Klaukkala was becoming too small. We also saw that finding an office space in Klaukkala would not serve our needs, as well as starting an office in a bigger city. At VALO, we started with a smaller 7 square meter office room but expanded quickly to a larger room downstairs. VALO is located among good transport connections, so we also offered an option for our employees to work in their facilities.”
Nowadays, 3-5 Tasemylly’s employees use VALO Work’s facilities. Three of them regularly.
Versatile workspaces serve Tasemylly’s needs
When talking about VALO Work, Katja Huttunen highlights the versatility of the premises in particular: in addition to regular day work, it is easy to organize customer meetings at VALO, and it is also easy to arrive at the site using your muscle power.
“You can easily book a conference room for client meetings at VALO; breakfast and lunch are nearby, as well as a gym and showers. You can run or bike to VALO, take a shower and start work.”
Thanks are also due to the flexibility of the premises, which enables the operation to grow as needed.
“VALO’s facilities can be expanded easily; if the need for space increases, expansion is fast and effortless under the same roof.”
Flexibility and ease were also the main themes when we asked what Tasemylly’s CEO would like to say to other companies considering a space solution.
“In addition to the things mentioned above, I would highlight good transport connections, flexibility in terms of facilities and numerous services (meeting rooms, quiet facilities, breakfast and lunch, gym) under the same roof.”
