Event at VALO’s meeting and event facilities
NAPCON is part of Neste Engineering Solutions, Neste, which specializes in the high tech digitalization needs of the process industry.
At VALO, NAPCON organized an annual Get Together event, which brought together the company’s employees in one space. About 90 employees of the company were present at the event.
Before choosing the event venue, NAPCON’s representatives had time to visit several different locations in Helsinki. In the end, however, the selection was made to VALO, which met a number of different criteria that NAPCON had set when considering the choice of space.
“We visited several locations and ultimately yours was conveniently located, state of the art and suitable to our needs”, NAPCON’s Project Manager Stefan Bosman describes.
A good choice
The choice eventually turned out to be a good one, as after the event, both the facilities and the skilled staff garnered much praise from the company that hosted the big event.
“VALO has an open, modern and welcoming atmosphere. Facilities for meetings are of a high standard and comfortable. Accommodating 90 people for a meeting, workshops and team building activity was a breeze and the staff were very friendly and professional.”
Like for many other meeting clients who have held an event at VALO’s meeting and event facilities, it is very possible that the event at the end of May will not be the only one arranged by NAPCO.
“We will strongly consider another visit in the future.”
