How did the business end up at VALO Work?
Nowadays, it is quite typical for companies specializing in digital marketing that you can work practically anywhere and at any time. This also applies to Creativ. Like many other online-based companies, over time, Creativ also began to miss a so-called fixed office where, in addition to work, it is possible to handle, for example, customer meetings. This was also the main reason why Creativ ended up with VALO Work.
“Creativ is a mobile office, and we work practically everywhere, as only a functioning Internet connection is needed. At some point, however, it felt like it would be nice to have a base where you could occasionally “go to work” and meet clients face to face. VALO seemed like an aesthetic and trendy place with a cozy atmosphere to work in. My other company, the skin care concept Beautybic, also needed premises, and this is how we were able to agree with VALO on an office space that suits our needs and benefits both companies. ”
Creativ is using VALO Work’s workspaces in varying ways, but nevertheless regularly.
“We once had five people in our mini-office when employees and interns from different companies happened to be in the office at the same time. Creativ is still a mobile office and work is sometimes done from e.g. Spain, but when we are in Finland, i.e. 2 employees of our team, we visit the office about 1-2 times a week.”
How does Creativ use the facilities?
Creativ started using VALO’s workspaces by using the private office solution. But over time, communal coworking spaces have become a favorite of the company’s employees.
“In the beginning, we enjoyed working in our own office room (where we still hold video meetings), but lately the Work Lounge has been our favorite place to work. Light, coffee, Vichy, plugs for your electric devices – they help the work day go by smoothly! So far, we’ve also held one afterwork on VALO’s rooftop terrace. And when staying in the hotel, the opportunity to eat a filling hotel breakfast at Bistro ELO gets the day off to a great start. ”
