Start the morning of Women’s Day relaxing and pampering yourself!
Mariela Sarkima leads into the day with gentle, body-stimulating movement, pampering facial massage techniques, and the beautiful sound of sound bowls. The most important theme of the morning is relaxation, enjoyment and giving yourself time.
Mariela is an entrepreneur who has impacted the wellness and beauty industry for over 20 years. Her special expertise is events, workshops, lectures, and retreats focused on comprehensive well-being, coping and self-care. Mariela is a certified recovery coach, kundalini yoga instructor and sound bowl relaxer, known for her inspiring way of being present, gently leading her audience to the edge of themselves.
What’s coming up?
Gentle movement: kundalini flow yoga practice (Note: You do not need previous experience in yoga.)
Pampering: a massage for yourself that relaxes facial expression and masticatory muscles
Relaxation: a moment of rest enjoying the beautiful sound of the sound bowls
What to bring?
Comfortable, flexible clothes that make it easy to move and relax. No sweating during exercise! Also, bring your water bottle and, if you wish, woollen socks and warm clothes for sound bowl relaxation – the body temperature usually drops a little during relaxation. Everyone has their yoga mat and snooze blanket on site, but you can bring your own if you wish.
To whom?
This morning is intended for everyone who needs light body movement, a gentle presence, self-indulgence and relaxation. You can participate in the class even if you have no previous experience in yoga. Morning time is the perfect way to start the day pampering your body and mind.
