An internationally known lifestyle magazine Marie Claire, published the winners of their sustainability competition yesterday.

VALO Hotel & Work was praised as a Highly Commended Independent Hotel in the Travel & Leisure category in the Marie Claire Sustainability Awards 2023. The sustainability in VALO is most importantly based on the dual use of the spaces: VALO is a hotel by night and an office by day splitting up the emissions of the spaces between more users. The concept is a unique innovation internationally.
It is delighted to see a Finnish technical innovation getting noticed and awarded at an international level in the travel and lifestyle scene.
