In mid-September, Sytyke, a knowledge network of information system work professionals, organized a seminar event in VALO Hotel & Work’s meeting and event facilities. In this interview, board chairman Timo Piiparinen talks about how the event arrangements went at VALO.
“Sytyke is a knowledge network of professionals in systems work, or more practically, information system work. We organize seminars and themed evenings on current topics. We maintain the conversation in knowledge communities, on social media and through our magazine.”

At VALO, Sytyke organized a seminar in mid-September, attended by dozens of participants.
“The theme of the seminar was Green ICT. The seminar included expert lectures, workshops, and typical networking for our seminars. There were 60-70 participants.”
The reasons for choosing VALO were both the positive image created by the brand and the excellent location of the hybrid hotel:
