How does VALO Work… work?
Unlike in a traditional office hotel, where entire floors and office units are leased to companies, at VALO the entire building is at our customers use no matter the company. You can take into use one of our smart little office rooms when ever you need one and our intelligent system navigates colleagues to side by side rooms – it’s just like having an office of your own. But it’s also how you can offer a private office space for each of your employees, and still pay for the rooms only when your employees are using them. It’s all effortlessly automatic with our VALO app.
You only pay for what you use
When your company makes a contract with VALO Work, each of the employees gets their own personal membership that best reflects their office habits. The memberships are based on the time spent at VALO. The Flex membership (€50/kk) is perfect for the employee always on the go, as we only charge you for the days they spent at the office. The Full membership (€400/kk) in turn covers every day for the entire month. And no worries, if your needs change the membership changes with it. The VALO contract and the individual memberships include no term of notice or rent deposits.
Answers to climate crisis and fast paced change are stowed away in the engine room
On the surface VALO seems like a typical, though unusually cosy, office. But stowed away in the engine room are some big innovations. VALO, you see, is also a hotel. We brought together an office and a hotel because they utilize almost identical spaces, but are used at the opposite hours of the day. The end result of our mixing and matching is a building that is always in use. Every room at VALO can be both a perfectly common hotel room as well as an extraordinarily comfortable office. This double use is hidden away behind the curtain, and in your everyday office life it only shows in the uniquely luxurious service as well as the beautiful environment. And of course, in how wonderfully easy it is to stay the night.
