Wellness area

Enjoy the heat of log saunas, take a dip in the rooftop ice pool, and refresh yourself in the gym. Our wellness area offers unforgettable experiences. The top floor features a steam sauna, a fireplace lounge, a relaxation pool (depth 90cm), a hot tub, a cold plunge pool, traditional saunas, log saunas, and a versatile gym. The wellness area is not accessible.

The area is open daily in the morning 8.00-12.00 and in the evening 15.00-23.00

The age limit for the wellness area is K-16 every day after 7:30 PM.
The wellness area is a drinking area, consuming your own alcoholic beverages is not allowed. All types of filming and video calls are strictly prohibited in the changing and shower rooms.

  • Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Fri: 8:00 AM – 23:00 PM (From 6:00 PM onwards, the area is reserved for hotel guests only)
  • Sat: Reserved for hotel guests only, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Sun: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM the area is reserved for hotel guests only)

Please note that purchases at the wellness bar cannot be charged to your room bill, card payments only, no cash money.

I have a hotel reservation, how do I access the wellness area?

My reservation includes access to the wellness area: if booked with room serervation.

  • Welcome! Your reservation includes one 1.5-hour wellness session per night of stay.
  • You do not need to book a time in advance to access the area.

My reservation does not include access to the wellness area:

  • If Wellness access is not included in the room price, it costs starting from 25€/adult and 12.50€/children under 12 years old. You can add access to your reservation later during online check-in or at VALO’s reception.
  • You do not need to book a time in advance to access the area.

To ensure a smooth wellness experience, please change into your swimwear in your room and bring a towel or bathrobe with you.

I don’t have a hotel reservation, how can I access the wellness area?

Our wellness area is open to everyone, subject to availability:

  • Book your session via the link below. You’ll make the reservation through a third-party 
  • The price includes access to the area + a towel.
  • Please check the opening hours when making your reservation:
    Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM (From 5 PM onwards, the area is reserved for hotel guests only)
    Sat: Reserved for hotel guests only, 8 AM – 11

    I am a VALO Work customer, how can I access the wellness area?

    Access to the wellness area is included in your workday.

    • When you book a workday at VALO, you get access to the wellness area. You can bring your own towel with you, or rent the towel from the reception by 5€.
    • Work customers can access the area on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM.

    CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS

    Please do not talk on the phone in the wellness area and be mindful of others when taking photos. All types of filming and video calls are strictly prohibited in the changing and shower rooms.

    SWIMWEAR

    Swimwear is mandatory in the wellness area. No underwears.

    BATHROBE & SLIPPERS

    Included in Comfort and Deluxe rooms. Also available for rent at reception: €15/person (bathrobe & slippers), €10/person (bathrobe only).

    SHOWERS

    Shower before entering pools or saunas.

    LICENSED AREA

    Consumption of personal alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

    CHILDREN

    The wellness area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over after 7:30 PM
