Enjoy the heat of log saunas, take a dip in the rooftop ice pool, and refresh yourself in the gym. Our wellness area offers unforgettable experiences. The top floor features a steam sauna, a fireplace lounge, a relaxation pool (depth 90cm), a hot tub, a cold plunge pool, traditional saunas, log saunas, and a versatile gym. The wellness area is not accessible.

Wellness area

The age limit for the wellness area is K-16 every day after 19:30.
The wellness area is a drinking area, consuming your own alcoholic beverages is not allowed. All types of filming and video calls are strictly prohibited in the changing and shower rooms.

Mon-Sun: morning sauna 8:00-12:00 and Evening sauna 15:00 – 24:00.
Fridays: from 18:00 onwards, the area is reserved for hotel guests only.
Sat: Reserved for hotel guests only.
Sun: From 8:00-12:00 the area is reserved for hotel guests only.

Sun: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please note that purchases at the wellness bar cannot be charged to your room bill, card payments only, no cash money.

Wellness area access

Whether wellness is included in your stay depends on what you booked. Here’s how to check and how to get in.

If your reservation includes wellness access:

Great, you’re set. Each night of your stay comes with one 1.5-hour wellness session, no advance booking needed. Just head up to 7th floor wellness area, changing into your swimwear beforehand.

If your reservation doesn’t include wellness access:

No problem! You can add access any time, either during online check-in or at reception when you arrive. Prices start at €25 for adults and €12.50 for children under 12. No advance booking needed here either.

I don’t have a hotel reservation, how can I access the wellness area?

Our wellness area is open to everyone, subject to availability:

The price includes access to the area + a towel.

Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM (From 5 PM onwards, the area is reserved for hotel guests only)
Sat: Reserved for hotel guests only, 8 AM – 11

I am a VALO Work customer, how can I access the wellness area?

Access to the wellness area is included in your workday.

When you book a workday at VALO, you get access to the wellness area. You can bring your own towel with you, or rent the towel from the reception by 5€.
Work customers can access the area Mon-Thu 8.00-12.00 and 15.00-18.00, Fri 8.00-12.00.

CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS

Please do not talk on the phone in the wellness area and be mindful of others when taking photos. All types of filming and video calls are strictly prohibited in the changing and shower rooms.

SWIMWEAR

Swimwear is mandatory in the wellness area. No underwears.

BATHROBE & SLIPPERS

Included in Comfort and Deluxe rooms. Also available for rent at reception: €15/person (bathrobe & slippers), €10/person (bathrobe only).

SHOWERS

Shower before entering pools or saunas.

LICENSED AREA

Consumption of personal alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

CHILDREN

The wellness area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over after 7:30 PM
